Client Accounts Manager
My client is well respected in their field, circa £400m turnover and highly acquisitive.
Due to a recent acquisition, as well as a drive for efficiency and accountability they now seek a Client Accounts Manager. This role is focussed on team management as is not overly hands on in terms of getting involved with the numbers.
You will be managing a team of 5-6 people that will be getting hands on with the figures, your role is to drive and mange this team to produce the required information, ensuring that what is delivered is done so with high attention to detail as you will presenting these figures to the Directors alongside the Head of Department. You will be successful in ensuring your team focus on delivering department output.
Focusing on the management, streamlining and overall improvement of the Client Accounting function, the successful individual will have a "numbers" background.
You will have a genuine sense of accountability, efficiency, empathy and urgency.
The suitable Client Accounts Manager will work on a hybrid working week with at least 3 days per week in the office and receive a basic salary ranging from £35-40k depending on experience.
